Service Cancellation and Refunds
How do I cancel a service or request a refund?
All requests must be submitted through our contact form so that we have a recorded history of your request. If you are canceling a service within the accepted refund timeframe, you may request a refund according to our policy below.
What is your domain name refund policy?
You agree that all domain name purchases are final, irrespective of whether you actively utilize the domain name. To resolve situations where a domain name was mis-typed during registraion, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to cancel your domain name. Upon receiving a cancellation request, your purchase will be refunded, less a $1.00 per-domain registry cancellation fee.
What is your SSL certificate refund policy?
All SSL certificates include a 30 day refund policy from the time of purchase. Once 30 days has passed, you may request that an SSL certificate be re-issued, so long as the fully qualified domain name is identical to that submitted with your original order. SSL certificates are specific to the domain and subdomain (the fully qualified domain name) for which they are issued. In the event your associated domain name or subdomain changes after 30 days has passed from the date of your order, you will need to purchase a new SSL certificate and are not entitled to a refund for your original order.
What is your template refund policy?
You agree that all template purchases are final and non-refundable. All templates are delivered within 24 hours of order. We provide template previews, along with template compatibility information, so that you understand what you are purchasing prior to order completion. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular template, you should inquire prior to ordering.
What is your website solutions cancellation policy?
You may terminate your service at any time by providing us 30 days advance notice. If you request cancellation within 30 days from the order date, you are additionally entitled to a 50% refund of the set-up fee.
What is your chargeback policy?
All fees are clearly stated on our website and the process for requesting cancellation of a service and any associated refund is specified herein. When you request a service, you agree to pay for that service. In the event that you reverse a charge (initiate a chargeback), either through your credit card company or one of our third-party payment providers, you are obligated to submit payment within seven (7) days using an alternate payment method for the chargeback amount plus any penalties associated with your chargeback (generally an additional $25 - $50). You also waive the option to pay monthly and must pre-pay annually for service. In the event that an alternate method of payment is not provided, you may additionally be assessed legal fees and court costs incurred during the course of pursuing collections.
